
The Society is governed using bylaws, organization charters and policies (see below). In carrying out our mission, to which no exception is made, all ISA activities shall be conducted according to our bylaws and policies.
ISA Policies
Our policies represent official action of the ISA Executive Board and are to be consistent with the ISA Bylaws, all laws and rules governing 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations in the United States, the State of North Carolina, and any laws or rules of the applicable jurisdictions where Society entities and activities are located. Revisions to these can only be made by the Executive Board.
