Instructor-Led Training Courses
ISA classroom and online training class sizes are limited so we can provide the appropriate level of individual attention to each student. We recommend you register early to ensure your spot, as courses frequently fill to capacity. Instructor-led training course attendees receive the following:
- Course materials to support lecture and lab exercises, and serve as reference material at work
- Textbooks and other supplemental reference materials that may be included
- Certificate of course completion*
- Credit for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or Professional Development Hours (PDHs)*
*Received upon successful course completion
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email which includes registration confirmation and specific instructions for the time and location of each course you registered for. If you do not receive a confirmation email or if you have additional questions prior to your course, please contact ISA customer service at +919-549-8411 or email@example.com.
Save with ISA group rates by taking multiple courses or registering several people at the same time. Group rates apply in the following scenarios:
- You register for multiple courses in the same order
- You and one or more colleagues register for a single course or multiple courses in the same order
The member or list price applies to the first registrant on the first course in the order, and the group rate price applies to each additional course and/or registrant included in the order.
Course Cancellation Policy
ISA reserves the right to cancel any of our scheduled training courses. In the event of a cancellation, ISA will notify all registrants no later than ten days prior to the scheduled course start date for classroom courses, and no later than two days prior to the scheduled start date for virtual classroom and instructor-guided courses. If a course offering that you are registered for is cancelled, you will be contacted by ISA to transfer your registration to another offering, or to issue a refund.
Student Cancellation Policy
If your plans change and you must cancel your registration, contact ISA customer service at (919) 549-8411 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you cancel at least two weeks before the start date of the course, you can transfer your registration immediately to another course offering or request a full refund
- If you cancel less than two weeks before the course start date, there are no refunds, and there are no transfers
ISA is not responsible for any student travel or related scheduling expenses incurred prior to a course cancellation decision.
Students with Special Needs
If you require any special accommodations to attend an ISA training course at any location, please indicate this on your registration order in the comments section and explain your specific needs. ISA customer service will be happy to assist you at +1 919-549-8411 or email@example.com.
ISA is required to maintain a copy of all customer training records for a minimum of seven years from the date of activity. You may request a copy of your complete ISA training-related transcript by contacting ISA customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or (919) 549-8411. We will respond to your request within two business days.
Full payment is due at the time of registration and must be received prior to the first day of the course.

Credit card, company purchase order, and/or company checks are acceptable methods of payment. If payment is not received in advance, your course seat is not guaranteed. All course prices are subject to change without notice.
