ISA Refund Policy

Please refer to the appropriate refund rules. Any queries should be directed to info@isa.org.

Membership 
All membership sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued. If a member has enabled auto-renew, a request to cancel auto-renew must be received at least two business days before the membership term ends.

Certification
Exam fees are non-refundable. It is the applicant’s responsibility to thoroughly review the requirements of the certification before applying. No refunds will be made for applicants who do not appear for testing on the appropriate exam date. 

Training
ISA reserves the right to cancel any scheduled training courses. For in-person courses, ISA will, in circumstances under its control, notify all registrants ten days prior to the course date. For virtual courses, ISA will notify all registrants two days prior to the course date. Registrants will be contacted by ISA to transfer registration to another offering or request a refund. ISA is not responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred.

Registrants who cancel at least two weeks prior to the course may request a transfer to another course or a full refund. No refunds or transfers are available to registrants who cancel less than two weeks before the course start date.

Standards 
No refunds will be issued. If you receive a file that does not match what was purchased, please contact Customer Experience at info@isa.org. 

Books 
All ISA books are subject to the refund policies of our publishing partner, Wiley.

ISA Logo Merchandise 
All ISA logo merchandise is sold through and subject to the refund and returns policy of Spreadshirt.

Events
Conference registrations, expo passes and gala or special activity tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Coupon codes, if available, must be applied during checkout. Partial refunds will not be issued.
