Charles Kirby

Chuck Kirby is a Senior ISA member and an ISA Level III CCST. Chuck has a background in troubleshooting, repair, calibration, design, installation and modification of process instruments and electrical controls associated with industrial and municipal operations. As the 20+ year owner and originator of a process control engineering-sales and service company, Chuck has exposure to a wide variety of process control applications, everything from melting steel to making potato chips. Chuck was featured in Control Engineering Magazine for his work in process control for the defense department.  His experience includes project management, scheduling, technical writing, quoting, specifying, engineering, CAD and training. His experience includes work with the US Army as an AutoDIN main frame electronics technician, Honeywell as a field service engineer and branch manager, IBEW as an IC Technician, Wyeth Pharmaceutical as a plant wide process controls specialists, and most recently as the technical specialist at ISA. Chuck holds a degree from York College of Pennsylvania and has several years of teaching experience with the York Institute in Pennsylvania.
