Chester S. Guidry holds the distinction of being involved in numerous areas of technical training and maintenance, as well as human resource operations for Shell, Hess, and Hovensa. He has worked extensively with the Departments of Labor and Education of the U.S. Virgin Islands on School-To-Work issues, as well as the design and implementation of successful craft training schooling. His most recent experience includes Director of Training & Development with Bayport Technical Training Center. He holds a BS in Industrial Education from Texas A&M University. He also serves as a private consultant and Principal of Guidry & Associates, involved in search/recruitment and training for the petrochemical industry.
