Your Safety certificate expires every three years. You may renew your certificate, if you meet to at least one renewal requirement. If you do not meet any of the requirements, but still want to renew your certificate, you will need to take and pass a knowledge review exam for the certificate that you would like to renew.
To renew your certificate, you must pay a processing fee of $40 for members and $55 for non-members. If you do not meet the requirements, you must take a test to renew. To proceed with your renewal, go to the ISA/IEC 61511 Safety SIS Certificate Renewal Document Questionnaire
