Case 1: You Are Not an Active Member (Error: m47)
The user does not have the right permissions to view this content. The content in this portal is only available to active ISA members (m47). To view this content, please join or renew your membership. If you feel you are receiving this message in error, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Case 2: Exceeded Device Limit (Error: vc3)
This error occurs if the user has exceeded the device limit that is set in the associated DRM policy (vc3). For assistance, contact customer service at email@example.com.
