Dr. Maurice Wilkins, formerly of ARC Advisory Group, is the new vice president of Strategic Marketing Yokogawa IA Global Marketing.

Martin Swarbrick is the new chief executive officer of Bison Gear & Engineering Corp. He previously served as president of Bison Gear and will now be president and chief executive officer.

The All Weather, Inc. Board of Directors elected Jason Hall as its new president, based at the Sacramento, Calif., headquarters and in charge of semiconductors, industrial controls, government contracting, and capital equipment markets.

Rose Marie Gage is the new chief marketing officer/vice president, Business Development and Marketing at Schneider Electric Canada.

Jeremy Bryceson is the new area sales manager in the U.K. office of Endevco Corporation, a sensing solutions for demanding vibration, shock, and pressure applications. Maryann Villanueva will be the regional sales manager for the company's Western region.

Greg Scheu, formerly ABB's senior vice president of the automation products division in North America, will now head the company's power products division. Rick Hepperla, previously the local business unit manager of ABB's North American low voltage drives unit, will fill Scheu's shoes in automation products for North America.

The EtherCAT Technology Group appointed Luke Lecheler communications coordinator for the organization's North American activities.

Texas Advanced Optoelectronic Solutions, Inc., hired semiconductor industry veteran Lloyd Hasley as its new vice president of engineering. He replaces Cecil Aswell, the new chief technical officer (CTO).  Former CTO, Dr.Gene Dierschke, was promoted to chief scientist.

National Technical Systems, Inc., an engineering services provider, appointed Nicolas Aguilar national sales manager for Mexico.

Peoria, Ill.-based Advanced Technology Services, Inc., a provider of production equipment maintenance, IT infrastructure support, and industrial parts repair for manufacturers, appointed three new vice presidents to the company's management team. Rob Currier is vice president of domestic sales for factory maintenance services and industrial parts services (IPS). Paul Grove is vice president of IPS, and Bill Stuckert is the new vice president of IT Services.

Pentadyne Power, the a manufacturer of clean energy storage systems using advanced composite flywheel technology, appointed Mark Campion executive vice president and chief financial officer.

FKI Logistex, a global integrated material handling company, appointed Michael Bell to manager, customer service and support, FKI Logistex Canada. FKI Logistex also hired Alfredo Villacorta Ramos as service manager for its regional office in Mexico City, Mexico.
