Flush Mount Pressure Transmitter

The SITRANS P DSIII flush-mounted pressure transmitter is designed according to sanitary guidelines. It provides a connection to the process without any dead space. The instrument is certified according to EHEDG and 3A standards. Due to the flush-mounted stainless steel membrane, additional gaskets around the measuring cell are not necessary. Whether mounted on a tank or pipe, the SITRANS P DSIII pressure transmitters provide accurate and reliable pressure signals for materials which are difficult to measure (e. g. those with high viscosity or crystallization) and for CIP/SIP cleaning.

I/O system

The NCS (NET Concentrator System®) industrial I/O system has achieved Factory Mutual (FM) approval as a Non-Incendive Apparatus (multiple device system), allowing the smart and rugged I/O system to be used in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C & D Hazardous "Classified" Areas in both the U.S. and Canada. The NCS is rated for operation in temperatures ranging from -40°F to +185°F (-40°C to +85°C), and is protected against RFI/EMI, high vibration, and shock common in heavy industrial applications.

3D laser scanners

The LM3D and LM2D laser scanners are a new family of products for non-contact volumetric measurement of bulk solids. The LM3D is the industry's first real-time, three dimensional volume scanner profiler for bulk materials in silos or stockpiles. The LM3D uses a rotating laser head for multipoint laser scans to, either on-demand or periodically, measure the uneven surface of stored materials. The LM2D is a real-time, non-contact volume scanner for conveyor-based materials that provides an accurate, easy-to-use, and maintenance free alternative to belt scales.

Pressure transmitter

The A2 pressure transmitter is now available in both intrinsically safe and explosion proof configurations. The explosion proof version provides a compact UL and ATEX listed enclosure, while the intrinsically safe configuration is CSA and FM approved for both Class 1, Div.1 and Class 1, Div. 2 (non-incendive) applications. At approximately one inch in diameter and less than five inches long, the A2 also carries the CE mark for EMI/RFI immunity. Pressure ranges from 0/5 through 0/10,000 psi are delivered in accuracies of 0.5% and ±0.25% of full span, with an operating range -40/+125C.

Inline valve

The XM Series Inline Valve for multiple industrial applications in a variety of pneumatic markets. XM Series direct acting valves are available in both 3-way and 4-way versions. The XM Inline Valve is a 1/8", 2-position, single solenoid, spring return 3-way or 4-way valve with AC or DC operating voltages. The 12 and 24 VDC coils are rated for mobile voltage operation.  XM Series 3-way valves can function as normally open or normally closed valves. Optional integrated individual flow controls are available on the 4-way valves that meter the exhaust flow from each working port to the exhaust port of the valve.

RPM transmitter

The TXR5521 is a 2-wire programmable RPM transmitter.  This unit is an upgrade for the model PT5521 transmitter. These transmitters feature a 4-20 mA output proportional to the shaft RPM. The TXR5521 operates with an eddy-current proximity probe to sense a keyway or gear teeth on a rotating shaft. Thanks to a revolutionary microprocessor-based programmable technology, the transmitter can be factory-programmed to most standard probe/cable combinations.  The TXR5521 comes standard with dynamic output and Hazardous Area Rating.
