Indicating temperature transmitter

A stainless steel indicating temperature transmitter, designed for pharmaceutical, biotech and food & beverage applications, offers housing constructed from 316L Stainless Steel and has no exposed threads. With its Nema 4X (IP67) environmental sealing and the ability to withstand ambient temperatures of up 158 °F (70 °C), the transmitter is suitable for most CIP applications. The transmitter features a four digit (-1999 to 9999), seven segment LCD with visible dimensions of 1.31" x 0.52" (33.4 x 13.2 mm). The decimal point position is adjustable to 0, 1, 2 or 3 decimals.

Pneumatic mini slide

The DGSL is designed as an ultra-precise slide for positioning or as an easy pick and place system. The main design element is the use of an integrated bearing system with an accuracy of 0.01 mm and linearity and parallelism in the 1/100 mm range. It is available in eight sizes from 4 to 20 mm diameter and with strokes up to 200 mm.  The optional clamping unit and the end-position interlock prevents undesired lowering of loads onto work piece carriers in the case of compressed air supply failure and provides protection in emergency stop situations.

Fiber optic data transmission

The M12 microFX range consists of active transceivers with diagnostic function for optical data transmission up to 125 MBit/s, e.g. for industrial Ethernet, as well as the corresponding connectors for multi-mode glass fiber. In addition to the two optical contacts for the data transmission, two electrical contacts for the power supply of devices linked by the microFX are integrated into the connector. Passive coupling units complete the component offering. Pre-assembled custom-built harnesses are also available. The new microFX guarantees secure data transmission in hazardous environments.

Precision infrared calibrators

The 4180 Series Precision Infrared Calibrators (4180 and 4181) utilize the same size targets used and recommended by thermometer manufacturers and special design technology that assists in productively performing high-quality infrared thermometer calibrations without requiring a background in physics. The 4180 calibrator has a temperature range of -15 °C to 120 °C, with radiometric (non-contact infrared) display accuracy as good as ± 0.40 °C; and the 4181 calibrator measures from 35 °C to 500 °C, with radiometric display accuracy also as good as ±0.35 °C.

Flare gas flowmeter

The GF90 Flare Gas Flowmeter delivers precision flow measurement to 0.25 SFPS.  The GF90 features a thermal mass gas flow sensing element designed with 316 stainless steel and nickel-braze construction. It also can be specified with corrosion and abrasion-resistant alloys, including Hastelloy, Monel, and tantalum, and with all-welded construction for service in the harshest environments. It is available for service in broad range of fluid temperature applications, from -100 to 850ºF (-73 to 454ºC) and pressure applications to 1000 psig [69 bar (g)].

Loop controller
