Non-contact safety switches
SensaGuard non-contact safety switches are Category 4/SIL 3 rated switches per EN954-1, TÜV functional safety approved to IEC61508. Unlike lower rated switches, the SensaGuard will shut down a machine if a failure occurs before there is a demand on the safety device, which improves machine operator safety. SensaGuard is especially suited for machines where multiple access doors must be monitored up to a Safety Category 4/SIL 3. SensaGuard does not need a dedicated controller, allowing system designers to use one relay to support the entire safety system, including light curtains, e-stops and non-contact switches.

The family of Electronic Timer Relays (ETDs) offers a broad range of timing settings and other practical functions. Featuring easy set-up and diagnostics, the ETDs are appropriate for use in universal applications. The ETDs monitor different time functions without using complicated controllers. The timer relays can be adjusted to an array of timing settings ranging from milliseconds through several days. To set up the timer relays, simply use the potentiometers on the top of each module to set the appropriate limit values.
The JOFRA ITC dry block temperature calibrators offer improved accuracy, stability, and radial homogeneity (temperature variation between holes on the multi-hole inserts). The JOFRA ITC product line features three models covering temperature ranges -23 to +155˚C (ITC-155), +33 to +320˚C (ITC-320) and +33 to +650˚C (ITC-650). The JOFRA ITC Series features a state of the art dual-zone heating block and MVI circuitry adapted from the company's premium ATC range of temperature calibrators. The dual-zone heating block increases the temperature homogeneity in the critical calibration zone.

The OPTISONIC 6300 clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter features improved measurement accuracy, ATEX Approval, an extended temperature range, and the ability to handle multiple line sizes. The OPTISONIC 6300 includes numerous features to aid installation and enhance operation. One new feature is an integrated display that allows signal quality to be shown in real-time during the calibration of the signal transducer. The OPTISONIC 6300 is also fitted with a protective casing that ensures smooth and efficient operation. Available in three sensor sizes, the OPTISONIC 6300 can cover the entire pipe diameter range from ½" to 160".
Laser line sensor
The high-speed EyeCon 2000 laser line sensor provides system integrators with the latest technology to measure a wide surface area using a single Gigabit Ethernet connection. It provides a profile rate of 4,000 samples per second, without any sacrifice to quality and control. If the speed needs to be adjusted, the EyeCon sensor series provides a line laser profile rate of 2kHz for lower The standard design features of the sensor provide binocular vision inspection to observe the target from two different directions. The sensor features a direct encoder input to control global synchronization better than +/- 1.0 microsecond using a Gigabit Ethernet protocol.
The mini-seal provides an economical way to isolate your instrumentation from the process media when high sensitivity is not required or space is limited. The mini-seal's compact nature makes it a great choice for use with a variety of instrumentation including pressure gauges, transducers, and switches. Mini-seals come in three configurations: Size 4 - low volume, Size 4 - high pressure, and Size 6 - std. volume with larger diaphragm. Choose either a ¼" or ½" NPT for the instrument and process connections. The mini-seal comes standard in 316 stainless steel with Hastelloy C or 304 stainless available. A flushing connection is also available.
