INTECH Performs Phase II Commissioning of IDC Plant Expansion, Jubail


INTECH is commissioning the second phase of a project for the design, engineering supply and commissioning of DCS and Safety System for the IDC Petrochemical Plant expansion in Jubail, Saudi Arabia to decrease plant bottlenecks and increase productivity. INTECH’s scope of work for the project includes:

  •       DCS for the expansion plant
  •       DCS modifications on the existing plant
  •       ESD system for the expansion plant
  •       ESD system modifications on the existing plant
  •       FAT, SAT, Commissioning and Startup
  •       Configuration of Asset Management System (AMS) for expansion plant
  •       Proposed PI system configuration works

INTECH was awarded the engineering, design, integration, testing, documentation, supply and commissioning of all hardware, software and services for installing the DCS and ESD at the plant site and modifying existing systems.
