The Houston Section is the largest ISA section in the world with approximately 1,100 members. Chartered on March 16th, 1948, we are also one of the oldest! The Houston Section has been the Host Section for many ISA annual events and participates closely with our subsections, ISA Houston Analysis and ISA Pipeline, to provide ongoing education and information to anyone interested in the Automation Industry.
The Houston Section promotes education by hosting annual events, Chili Cook off! and Golf Tournament, to encourage participation in meetings and events and to raise money for scholarships.
Meetings are usually held on first Wednesday at the HESS Club. By attending our meetings, Professional Engineers can earn PDH credits to meet their continuing education requirements.
