The International Society of Automation (www.isa.org) is a nonprofit professional association that sets the standard for those who apply engineering and technology to improve the management, safety, and cybersecurity of modern automation and control systems used across industry and critical infrastructure. Founded in 1945, ISA develops widely used global standards; certifies industry professionals; provides education and training; publishes books and technical articles; hosts conferences and exhibits; and provides networking and career development programs for its 36,000 members and 350,000 customers around the world.
ISA owns Automation.com, a leading online publisher of automation-related content, and is the founding sponsor of The Automation Federation (www.automationfederation.org), an association of non-profit organizations serving as “The Voice of Automation.” Through a wholly owned subsidiary, ISA bridges the gap between standards and their implementation with the ISA Security Compliance Institute (www.isasecure.org) and the ISA Wireless Compliance Institute (www.isa100wci.org).

Welcome to ISA's Communications and Privacy Options page, your portal for choosing the communications you would like to receive from ISA and our partners. ISA wants to be sure that you receive information that is useful to you, but we also want to give you the ability to opt-out of communications you do not wish to receive. Please select the communication types from the options below that you would like to receive from ISA, and then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
ISA is in the process of moving to a new email system. To choose or make changes to your email preferences, please click here. Enter your email address and select the "Search" button. From here you will be able to view your email options and make any desired changes, including opting out of email communications.
Attention: Changes to the ISA website login process starting 1 April 2014.
ISA is launching a new website. Please note that once the new ISA website launches in early April 2014, you will no longer be able to login to the site or your record with your ISA customer ID. Instead, you will need to login with the email address associated with your customer record. Also note that ISA's new customer account system (going live with our new website introduction) will not allow shared email addresses, so please make sure to update your record with an email address unique to you. You can either update your email address and other contact information in the "Update My Record" tab or over the phone by calling ISA customer service at +1 919-549-8411.
Attention ISA Members: Thename@member.isa.org email address program will be discontinued on 1 April 2014.
The ISA member Email Alias Address benefit will no longer be available as of 1 April 2014. This means you will no longer be able to use or access your firstname.lastname@example.org email address. Please take this opportunity to update any contact information with ISA, your contacts, and other companies with a new email address. We advise anyone using the email alias to save all important documents and to forward all important messages and contact lists to a different email account before the 1 April 2014 expiration to mitigate any data loss or inconvenience.
If you need to create a new email address, there are several email platforms available that offer free email addresses, including Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and many others. ISA does not recommend or promote any email system over another and encourages you to research the various options to determine which email system works best for you.
Note: ISA will not be liable or responsible for any data loss due to the discontinuation of this program on 1 April 2014.

The ISA online Member Directory is a convenient way to stay connected to other members. To assure the Directory is complete, we will include your contact information unless you advise us otherwise.
