SHOW HOURS 3:00 - 8:00 PM

DISPLAY ITEMS
Display items shall be limited to those which can normally be exhibited on top of a display table.  Please be sure that items are not placed in front of, or on the side of the display tables and to avoid placing items in the aisles.  Exhibitors may display floor-mounted items by reserving a display area and specifying that no table is needed.  Total height of any display is limited to 8'0".  Display areas are uniformly 30” deep and 8’0” wide.

DISPLAY SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Space will be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis dependent upon receipt of the exhibitors space reservation request form and payment.  Assignment of individual display spaces shall be made by the committee after available floor space has been filled and exhibitors shall be notified of their area numbers.  All decisions of the committee shall be final.

SHIPMENT OF DISPLAY
Display items shipped by common carrier will not be accepted prior to 8:00 A.M. Thursday March 12, 2009.  Shipments arriving prior to this time will be refused. Consequently, it is advisable to instruct the carrier on the shipping papers of this restriction.

Shipping containers should be reasonable size and weight to permit unloading by the driver.  Containers posing a problem to unload shall be refused and it shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor to make suitable arrangements for redelivery.

It is recommended that displays be set prior to noon so electrical power hookups can be provided.  Also, the number of dollies available to move heavy equipment is limited.

Display space must be vacated by 10:00 PM on Thursday March 12, 2009.  All arrangements for display shipments are the responsibility of the exhibitor.  Failure of a carrier to pick up a shipment does not relieve the exhibitor of his responsibility to vacate the display area by the time indicated.  Failure to comply with this requirement will subject the exhibitor to possible exclusion from future shows and will result in an assessment of costs incurred by the committee up to a maximum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).  The exhibitor should plan to have shipping labels and bills-of-lading made out in advance for his convenience in reshipping.

DISPLAY TABLES
Tables provided for product display will be the banquet type.  The tables are 30" X 8'0", with folding legs, capable of supporting 300#.  White plastic table covers will be provided for each display table.  Affixing of any object to the table by screws or nails or in any other manner which would cause damage is not permitted.

ELECTRICAL SERVICE
A 110 Volt, 60 Hz., 1 Ph. power is available to all exhibitors.  This power request must be indicated in the reservation form and will be limited to 300 watts per display table.  Taps will be made available within 25 feet of each table. Extension cords will not be provided.

DISPLAY BOX STORAGE
Interior storage will be limited to that area beneath the exhibitors display table.  If additional storage space is needed, limited space may be available on a case by case basis.
