Dear Exhibitor:

The I.S.A. TEXAS CITY SECTION solicits your participation in its 33rd Annual INSTRUMENTATION TRADE SHOW.  The Show, located at the Charles T. Doyle Convention Center, 2010 Fifth Avenue North, in Texas City, will be open at no charge to the public from 3:00 - 8:00 PM, Thursday, March 24, 2011.

The format of the show will be a table-top with 8' X 2-1/2' tables.

Tables, or equivalent space, will be available for $275.00 each.  Payment by American Express, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover will be accepted for a $10 additional charge.

Early registration will extend until 2/4/11. 

If your registration form and payment are received before the end of early registration (February 4th ), you will receive 5 free barbeque tickets to give to your customers or associates.  Please be advised that space will not be reserved without payment.

Please read the attached rules carefully to avoid any embarrassment.  . A confirmation email will follow your registration.  Each exhibitor will receive another email just prior to the show detailing space assignments.

A great deal of effort has been, and will be expended to assure the success of this show.  We know that we can count on your cooperation to provide the proper climate for all attendees and exhibitors.  Free gifts for the attendees and exhibitors will be given out during registration for the show.  Door prizes will also be given out during the show.
