Herb has 30+ years in the Oil & gas and Measurement industries.  He has served in various sales, marketing and management positions with firms including Krohne, Honeywell, ABB, Fischer & Porter and Modular Computers. He has a BS from Rutgers University in New Jersey and a MBA from Nova University in Florida.  He has served a national Chairman for the ISA Pressure Measurement Committee.  He also serves on various API committees including Committee on Liquid Measurement (COLM), Liquid Ultrasonics, Chapter 5 liquid Measurement, Chapter 4.5 Master Metering and Flow Conditioning Work Group.
