Namesake of the Annual Tampa Bay Section Howard Cuddy Scholarship Award

This special man has been very instrumental in holding the Tampa Bay Section of ISA together. He has spent endless hours working very hard for something he so much believed in. Howard was among the original people that made the ISA Tampa Bay Loop what it is today. When these Few Good Men (and Women) came up with a plan to get our Loop out on the Streets, things were not so easy. Beginnings are always tough. They saw it through and came out shining. His dedication to ISA has touched us all at one time or another. Lets take a moment to thank, not only Howard but , all these heroes for all the things they contributed.
