Clifford Milligan is a partner of Controlco and is a graduate in Electrical Engineering, "A" School US Navy, and also of the Navy Logistics School. Some of the building automation projects he's worked on include Variable Air Volume, utilities monitoring, lighting, and load shedding, LEED certification for the CSUB Math and Science buildings, electrical cogeneration integration at Bakersfield Memorial, and a Variable Refrigerant Volume system for Oxy's Building A. He has also added water and air cooled chillers, steam boilers, ice storage, and fume hoods to various buildings nationwide.
