More congratulations this month! Our very own Cal State Fullerton Student Section our performed 12 other student sections from around the world to win first place in the practical portion of the student competition at the Philadelphia ISA TECH/1999 last month.  The students earned a $1,000 honorarium and $500 in professional and technical books for their student section.  This is a tremendous achievement for these young engineers and we are very proud of them.

Speaking of being proud, our ISA Orange County Section has a lot to be proud of this year.  We received the Gold Section award for sustained performance and service to our members.  I will bring the award with me to the meeting this month, if anyone wants to take a look.
