I just returned from attending the President's Winter Meeting held in San Diego. Kim Miller Dunn and I presented our concerns to ISA's C&E Oversight Board about ISA TECH/EXPO not returning to the West Coast.  After Kim's presentation before the C&E Oversight Board, we tried to convince the board how important it is for ISA not to overlook the West Coast.  The good news is that the C&E Board accepted our proposal and gave us an assurance that ISA will come back to the West Coast.  The year, date and location will be announced either at the President's Summer or Fall Meeting.  On behalf of our Section, I take this opportunity to thank Kim Miller Dunn for her leadership and support.  Kim, we are all behind you.

We had our February meeting on February 10, 1999 at Fluor Daniel in Irvine.  The topic was "Assets, Assets, and Assets".  The speakers, Robert Barth and Earl Montgomery of Evergreen Financial Planning, gave a wonderful presentation.  They described how we can arrange our assets in order to meet our financial goals.
