Program:
Chad’s presentation will will discuss the new and exciting features included in Windows 8, and how these features can be utilized to increase productivity, find your information faster, and simplify your technology experience. Topics will include the new Start Screen, Unified Search, implementation of cloud services, and finding a familiar tone with regards to previous OS installations.

Speaker:
Chad Ortega brings over 15 years of retail management and training experience to the Microsoft Store in Mission Viejo, CA. Prior to joining the Microsoft team, Chad was a Territory Sales Manager with Dell, and a Multi-Store Manager with Oakley. Chad currently serves as a Teacher for Microsoft, where he interacts with both associates and clients, and educates them on Microsoft Technologies, PC Hardware, Mobile Devices, Software, and Cloud Services. Chad holds a MCTS certification in Windows 7 and Windows 8, and attended both Chapman University and Concordia University, Irvine.
