Introduction
India possesses one of the largest pools of technical personpower. The
number of graduates and postgraduates India produces is phenomenal.

Research, the intake of all engineering and technical courses at the
degree level is over 1,35,000 students and for the diplomas it is over
1,90,000 students. Unfortunately there are not enough job opportunities
for qualified personnel . At the same time, career opportunities demand
educational levels of B. E. Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical/
Chemical discilines. In fact it can be said that Degree holders seekers
should opt for these basic courses and upgrade their skills by
joining this course. This way they will have much better employment
