Fox River Valley ISA Membership Meeting Notice

Topic:    Infrared Non-Contact Temperature Sensors

Have you tried IR sensors in the past and found they did not work very well?  These instruments are very application sensitive.  Interferences such as moisture, dust or reflections can render them useless.  And then there is the mysterious emissivity factor.  This short presentation, with live demonstrations, will demystify the IR sensors and give you an idea of how to use them productively.
