Welcome to ISA CyberU! ISA has updated its online learning management system to a new and improved platform. This will allow you access to additional organizational and reporting features for managing your online technical training.
For those individuals who were registered in the current system, the look and feel of the new system will be a little different. But, for everyone navigation is quite simple, still allowing you to access your courses, print certificates, and view transcripts with ease.
Below are some helpful hints to navigate through the new system - thank you for your continued support of ISA online learning...Enjoy Your Courses!!
After logging onto isa.org with your userid/password...
The first screen you will come to is your Home Page. In the upper righthand corner, it should say "Welcome/Your Name." This is the page from which you will access your courses. There is a horizontal bar across the center of your screen with various options for you to manage your course data.
Here you can see a listing of all the courses in your catalog for which you are registered, and access them from here. You may access your courses by clicking on the "Launch" link listed in the particular course title line. You may also click on the course title in this area to obtain a description of the course and a copy of the electronic slides in an attachment link.
Note: No information will be indicated in the pre- and post-test columns, due to no particular tests being associated with these modules.

After you have launched a course and taken the final examination, the course will move out from under your "Registered" Tab and be listed under your "Completed" Tab. You can still access your courses and review them periodically until your expiration date. But, once completed, you must now access them from the "Completed" Tab area under the "Review" column/link. You can also retake the exam, if you like, but your score will not change from your initial passing of the course, before it was moved to the Completed area.
Note: Online students SHOULD NOT click on the 'Re-Register' link located after each online course. This is for instruct-led courses only, in which students need approval to take a course. If you click on this option, you course WILL DISAPPEAR from your catalog, and you will have to be re-entered into the course, so it shows back up in your "Registered" area.

Once you complete final evaluations within your courses, they will be moved to the Completed Area in your course catalog, and scores will be transferred to your course transcript, for a comprehensive record of all your training, dates completed and pass/fail status.
Note: Because the format of course content is different across the board, currently the online learning system only reports scores in your transcript if you have passed the course. If a score does not appear in your transcript for that particular course which you have taken OR a score lower than 80% is indicated, your course is considered Incomplete, and you cannot print a certificate of completion until an 80% is attained and the course is marked Completed.

In conjunction with taking your final examination within the courses, them being moved to the Completed Area in your catalog, and scores being recorded on your transcript, you will then have access to print certificates of completion as a record of your accomplishments. Each certificate will indicate the course name, date of completion, and CEUs (Continuing Education Units) awarded. Once a passing score is attained, a link will be provided for you to print out an electronic certificate by course title.
Note: When printing certificates, choose “Landscape” in your printer options. This will allow the information to print correctly on the certificate. Also, when it comes up on your screen, the information may look jumbled or out of alignment, until you choose the landscape option to print. If you print in regular portrait format, the information will also not print correctly.
