Your Product in the InTech Innovator's Awards
Get additional recognition and press
coverage for your innovative new product or service by entering it
in the InTech Innovator's
Awards.
It's easy to do, and the qualifications are as follows:
Candidates (individuals, organizations, or companies) must have
made significant and unique contributions to any field in the
Automation profession. This includes, but is not limited to the
design, development, and construction of tools, equipment, technical
services, instrumentation, and/or an innovative service or
contribution in Automation.
Entries are judged according to the following criteria:
• Does the application overcome a
technical hurdle? • Are the benefits and solution clearly
articulated? • Is the solution innovative, time-saving, and
cost-effective?
Submit an abstract no more than 300 words describing the
innovation and its outcome.
Deadline for entries is 4 September and you can e-mail them to intechmagazine@isa.org.
There will be a Gold, Silver and Bronze award winner selected by
the editors of InTech and an independent committee comprised of
industry professionals that will evaluate the written abstract and
any art submitted with the application. All selected entries will be
highlighted at ISA EXPO 2009 at the InTech
Innovation Award booth and in the show daily. The winning entry will
be announced at the Thursday Keynote Presentation.

to bring together nearly 600 combined middle and high school math
and science students, teachers, and chaperones for an eye-opening
walk through automation. Students will take part in a tour of the

educational displays, and hear a keynote presentation and panel
discussions from real-life automation professionals. You can also
participate and help them understand what makes Automation cool!
