HelpFor general comments or questions about the ISA and OMAC web sites, contact info@isa.org or call 919-549-8411. Don't know how to log in?If you are a member of ISA, you can log in by entering your membership number and password. Your ISA membership number can be found on your ISA membership card, or on the mailing label for InTech magazine. If you are not a member of ISA, but have purchased something from us, used ISAJobs.org, or are a member of OMAC, you can log in by entering your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can have the system look it up by entering your membership number or email address in the field on the password lookup screen. You can get to the password lookup screen by clicking here. Your password hint, if you gave us one, will be displayed to remind you what your password is. If you did not give us a password hint, your password will be sent to the email address we have on record for you. If none of this helps you, please send an email message containing your name, phone number, and company name to info@isa.org or call Customer Service at 919-549-8411. Looking for information about a specific program or issue?Staff is ready to assist you. Find out who is responsible for what and how to get in touch with them by looking at the Contact List. If the information you seek is not on the list, contact Customer Service at info@isa.org or 919-549-8411. Using Netscape and having problems? If you use certain versions of the Netscape browser (specifically Versions 4.5.2 and 6.2.X), pages on the ISA site may not work correctly. This is because these versions of Netscape introduced bugs that were corrected in more recent versions of Netscape. If you use Netscape, have difficulties, and are using either Version 4.5.2 or any 6.2 version, please download a different version from the Netscape site (preferably one more recent): |
