Web Seminar: Wireless Networking of Sensors and Instrumentation: Applications and Techniques (SP25W)
The last day to register online was 3 December 2013.
Instructor: Wayne Manges
Wireless sensor networks allow stable system operation in facilities where the ambient RF and environmental conditions change. The fundamental underpinnings of a wireless sensor module are augmented by a discussion of networking techniques resulting in descriptions of various types of wireless sensor network topologies. An extensive review of 802.15.4-based wireless sensor networks culminaties in specific examples of ZigBee, ISA100.11a and Wireless HART wireless sensor networks.
