This course will help your employees analyze vibration spectra and identify common machine problems by their signature. Mass unbalance, misalignment, looseness, gear and motor problems, and faulty bearings are reviewed.

-Relationships found in data analysis
-Problems from unbalanced misalignment and looseness
-Problems related to the gearbox
-Problems related to motor and vane passing
-Problems related to bearings

This presentation is designed to give you the ability to analyze vibration spectrum and identify vibration problems and their causes. In this presentation, mechanical situations are shown and discussed such as looseness, unbalance and misalignment. The relationships are compared to vibration graphs with further explanation of patterns that associate with common problems.
This is considered an initial practical application.

The objectives of this course are to identify mass unbalance, misalignment, looseness, gear problems and faulty rolling element bearings.
