This course outlines:

-Triggering and windows
-Dynamic range
-Frequency definition

This presentation leads a person through the steps of setting up a collector or analyzer and understanding the internal functions and the relationship to computer software analysis.

Objectives of this course include the familiarization with the FFT analyzer set up and operation, frequency domain averaging and synchronous time averaging, exponential averaging and peak hold averaging, window functions, frequency expansion versus zoom, dynamic range and triggering.
