This course is one in a series which provides an excellent introduction to the transfer, control and use of energy contained in compressed and flowing air. Fundamental topics covered in this one of a eight-part series including compressed air power, circuitry, air processing, valves, safety, maintenance and troubleshooting. This course teaches the student how to use energy that has been transferred from pneumatic power in the form of compressed and flowing air. It provides a basic description of the characteristics of matter and describes the relationship between pneumatic properties.
