If you would like to buy a digital or print version of an ISA standard or recommended practice, you may use your new Standards Redemption Coupon towards its purchase. The coupon is equal to the dollar amount you paid for your membership—unused money remains in your account for the balance of your paid membership term—and is only available to full dues paying members. The option and ability to use the coupon is available in your online shopping cart and when you place an order with ISA Customer Service by phone. The coupon cannot be applied to non-ISA standards (e.g. IEC standards) or to standards products (e.g. software licenses and CDs). The coupon is not transferable.
