FLOWEL 4 makes sizing orifice plates, nozzles, and venturis easier than ever. New features include updated calculation methods such as ISO 5167(2003) and ASME MFC 14M, an optional Fluid Property Package, and a redesigned, highly intuitive user interface. FLOWEL is part of a total flow element solution that includes training, technical support, and ISO 9000 validation documentation. FLOWEL performs exact flow rate, exact bore size, rounded bore size, and exact differential pressure calculations for flow elements and critical flow devices. The FLOWEL 4 Optional Package includes built-in fluid property methods to calculate the fluid density of steam and natural gas. This optional Fluid Property Package provides methods for determining gas viscosity, isentropic exponent, vapor pressure, and bubblepoint, as well as additional methods to calculate density.
