Managed a PSM project for Kinder Morgan’s CO2 recovery project in Snyder, TX. I conducted an assessment of their existing ESD System, coordinated SIL calculations on their process controls trip functions, to develop Protection Layers of Risk Reductions, resulting in a true Safety Instrumented System compliant with ANSI/ISA, & IEC standards. Configured & troubleshot process controls Servers network (TCPIP). Wrote procedures and train clients on setup, maintenance, documentation, and trouble shooting of fixed head barcode scanners & conveyor control system. Have successfully completed over 100 projects of controls integration and construction. Developed engineering design architecture, graphics, & controls I/O for DeltaV ver. 8.4 continuous process controls system. Developed Water & Waste Water Dept.’s Process Controls & SCADA systems. Specified field instruments, Emergency Shutdown, & relief valves for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, Anchorage, AK generating data sheets & requisitions.
