ISA Announces Energy Track Sessions at ISA Automation Week 2010
Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, USA (20 August 2010)—The International Society of Automation (ISA) announced today the offerings of its Energy Track at ISA Automation Week 2010: Technology and Solutions Event, 4-7 October 2010, at the Westin Galleria, Houston, Texas, USA.
The Energy Track will explore the Smart Grid, alternative energies, and plant retrofits; and bring to light those technologies and techniques which can make or break the profit line. Presenters of the Energy Track sessions include experts from Siemens Energy, Inc., CyboSoft, 3e Technologies International, Emerson Process Management, Schneider Electric, and others.
Energy Track session titles include:
“Professionals working in the industry today face great challenges. They are at the forefront of providing the potential for lowering energy costs, increasing profits, and minimizing environmental impact. The presentations we’ve planned will facilitate discussions based on understanding challenges and business considerations that companies have,” said ISA Automation Week Technical Program Co-chair Joe Provenzano.
ISA Automation Week is a technical conference that covers two and a half days of sessions, and includes two keynote addresses, networking and social events, and a 10,000-square foot exhibit area that features more than 100 exhibitors.
