ISA Process Analytical Technology (PAT) Conference Call for Papers Deadline Approaches

Research Triangle Park, NC (27 July 2007) - Interested participants are invited to submit an abstract for the ISA  Process Analytical Technology (PAT) Training, Conference and Exhibition to be held on 6-7 November 2007 at ISA headquarters in Research Triangle Park, NC. 

Theme areas include pharmaceutical development, online process analyzers, manufacture and quality assurance, multivariate data acquisition and analysis tools, process and end point monitoring controls and tools, continuous improvement and knowledge management, analyzer calibration and validation, ISA recommended practices in implementing the PAT initiative, using chemo metrics for the analysis of PAT data, and compliance regulation for automatic systems.

Abstracts should be 500 words or less, sent electronically in English.
Abstracts that are accepted constitute an agreement by the author to write a paper for the conference proceedings and also an agreement to present the paper at the Symposium.

The conference will focus on systems for designing, analyzing, and controlling manufacturing through timely measurement (i.e. during
processing) of critical quality and performance attributes of raw and in-process materials and processes with the goal of ensuring final product quality. The two-day event will include a training seminar and presentations by ten of the industry's leading experts. There will also be a vendor showcase on 6 November, highlighting the latest products and resources from leading companies.
