ISA EXPO 2006 Hosts Birds-of-a-Feather Roundtable Discussions

Research Triangle Park, NC (2 October 2006) - ISA announced today the suppliers that  will be featured in the Control Systems Birds-of-a-Feather (BOF) Roundtable Discussions at ISA EXPO 2006, 17-19 October in Houston, Texas.

The sessions, a new feature at ISA EXPO, will bring users of industrial automation solutions together to discuss their experiences. The discussions, by invitation only, are not open to vendors or press to ensure a free, open environment to discuss user issues.

"Users can share their experiences, both good and bad, in an uncensored, unscripted environment," said Dale Lee, ISA Director of Convention Services. "We're proud to offer this opportunity for users to come together and have a no holds barred discussion about their solutions. It fits into ISA's mission to serve as an unbiased, independent platform for information exchange."

The roundtables will address platforms from leading suppliers in the automation industry. Based on registrant response, BOF roundtable discussions will focus on ABB, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Emerson, and Honeywell platforms.

ISA is making continued efforts to reach out to end-users in the automation industry. For more information on ISA, including information about ISA EXPO 2006, visit www.isa.org.
