These five courses form a learning resource which will enable students to understand the evolution of the boiler system from the first century until modern day. It is designed to provide an overview of the operation of the boiler plate system beginning with defining the basic principles of steam energy, discussing how the boiler plate system is designed and constructed, to learning the different types of fuel it burns, to finally understanding the operating procedures of such an invention. While the entire series is designed to train the new student, the individual courses also offer experienced students the opportunity to review basic information.
