ISA Includes Transportation Control System Security

This conference informs you on the latest developments in control system security from a government, industry and academic perspective. And then, in a first for ISA and perhaps the industry, it will delve into electronic security for the control systems that run one of our transportation sectors.

On 14 July, you’ll start with a keynote address from the Control Systems Section of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (invited), followed by expert speakers discussing topics ranging from host intrusion detection by Cisco, Controls Risk Assessment at Procter & Gamble and securing safety software by the University of Applied Science, Germany.

In the afternoon you’ll hear the first ever ISA conference session on cybersecurity for railway control, signaling, and SCADA systems. Six informative speakers will cover the latest in securing automatic train control systems for subways, passenger rail and monorail among other topics.

Be a part of ISA’s Industrial Network Security/Railway Cybersecurity INDUSTRY ROUNDTABLE on 15 July, where ISA security experts and railway speakers alternate views and learn from each other.

The conference will conclude with mini-sessions from ISA SP99 Manufacturing and Control Security and NIST’s PCSRF (Process Control Security Requirements Forum). You will have an opportunity to ask questions on newly released technical documents from both organizations.
