This course is the first in a series of four topics produced in cooperation with Coastal Skills Training to allow your engineers, technicians, managers and sales reps to gain the techniques they need on the job, and stay current with the latest techniques and advances. In this course you will learn the basics of a control valve, a rotary valve and actuator as well as other components associated with the function and operation of these control elements. You will also learn how to identify the factors that affect the selection of the type of actuator you may need.
