About

Design principles of sensors with parameters controlled under action of input or/and output quantities are suggested. Such sensors contain functional element(s) with parameters that are autoreadjustable under these quantities. Such control of sensor response function is the tool for significant improvement of sensor sensitivity to a measured quantity. Sensor output/input functional relationships can be changed desirably up to the opposite ones in comparison with their known behavior by control of sensor parameters. Methods for disturbance-independent measurements are also suggested based on the use sensors with parameters controlled by input (measured quantity or/and disturbing factor) or/and output quantities. Structures of appropriate devices with two or more measuring channels are shown. Microwave level sensor is considered as example of application of suggested principles.
