Web Seminar: Applying Manufacturing Execution Systems (IC60CW1)
The last day to register online was 9 April 2013.
Instructor: Bianca Scholten
Every enterprise that manufactures anything has some sort of manufacturing execution system (MES)--some means of tracking what needs to be done and how it gets done. Whether it's effective or not depends on its ability to provide structure and control, visibility and accountability, and support for the kind of flexibility and responsiveness demanded by today's make-it-now, make-it-my-way economy. This seminar offers an introduction to and advantages of MES, explained using the ISA95 models.
