Description:Method 21 is the basis for all state and federal fugitive emission programs. It is important to thoroughly understand the requirements of selecting and using analyzers for point source monitoring. Calibration and instrument accuracy must be documented in a prescribed manner in order to maintain compliance, and to verify accuracy of monitoring when your facility is audited either during internal or external audits.
