General Requirements

  1. For all presentations, speakers are required to use PowerPoint slides, overheads, or their equivalent in the presentation.
  2. Sales presentations are NOT allowed. Use of specific brand names is not permitted.
  3. Presenters must allow for at least 10 minutes for questions and answers at the end of the presentation.
  4. All presentations are subject to approval from the Program Committee.
  5. Abstracts submitted will be used for promotional purposes and may be published in promotional materials.
  6. If provisionally accepted for presentation, author will receive a confirmation e-mail. For those writing a paper, the confirmation e-mail will include specific review guidelines.
  7. Papers accepted for presentation will require copyright transfer to ISA. The copyright transfer form will be included with the confirmation e-mail and must be signed by all authors. If the paper is prepared for use by or while performing duties of employment of the author's employer, then an authorized representative of the employer must sign the document. If all or part of the paper was prepared as part of the official duties of a US government employee, an authorized US government offical other than the author must certify.
