<li>You understand that ISA has no obligation to monitor the bulletin boards or e-mail lists, but reserves the right at all times to do so and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in ISA's sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions. Other conditions may apply to a specific service or bulletin board and will be posted as part of that service.</li>

<p>Users who violate ISA's terms of use may have their rights of access to the ISA site withdrawn with or without prior notice.</p>
   
<h2>Limitation of Liability</h2>
<p>Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall ISA or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, ISA OnLine materials. You specifically acknowledge and agree that ISA is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any ISA material, or with any of the terms and conditions of use of this site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using ISA OnLine.</p>

<h2>Termination</h2>
<p>This agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate at any time by simply no longer using the site. ISA may terminate ISA OnLine or any of its services, at any time without notice. Additionally, ISA may terminate your right to access ISA OnLine for violation of any of these terms of service by you at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you will no longer be authorized to access the terminated services. However, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities based on prior use of the site as set forth in this agreement, shall survive.</p>

<h2>Other</a><br>
<p>This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. ISA reserves the right to amend, change, or modify the Terms of Service at any time with or without notice and use of the service after such changes will constitute acceptance of the changes to the Terms of Service.</p>
