GROUP DISTRIBUTION LISTS
QUESTION: How do I create a distribution list?

ANSWER: Each address in your address book may be assigned to one or more groups using the "Group" field in the Address Book listing. This enables you to email entire groups and saves you the effort of typing in or selecting all of the email addresses separately.

The ability to email groups of users is extremely flexible, and begins with the defining of your group names and establishing how many you need. In order to assign a user to a group, enter the name of that group in the person's "Group" field when you edit their record. Any person in your address book can be a member of multiple groups, just separate the groups to whom you are assigning a person with a semicolon(;).

For instance, if you have a person in your address book that you wish to assign to two different groups for instance, "family" and "humor", just type the following in their group field: family;humor.

Remove a name from a group by deleting the name of the group from the person's address book listing.
