WWID Division Newsletter & Contributions

The division publishes a quarterly 36-page newsletter, which is professionally typest and electronically distributed as a high-resolution full-color PDF.

A typical WWID newsletter contains: Director’s welcome, Newsletter editor’s welcome, WWID Division news column, Symposium planning update, 2 full-length technical articles, long-format Q&A interview with a senior member in the industry, article about latest ISA book released, list of new WWID members, one society-level ISA, Call for Articles, WWID board contacts, and advertising.  Also the Spring issue typcially contains a feature seciton on our WWAC symposium, and the Fall issue contains a report about the symjposium. The newsletter follows the ISA's stringent guidelines for non-commercilism and technical content - it is a technical newsletter meant for the automation profesisonal in the water and wastewater sectors.  It is also a major WWID member benefit.

Call for Articles

We welcome our membership to contribute articles for the newsletter. Articles about new technologies, case studies and upcoming projects are alway welcome. We especially are interested in new uses of control systems, instrumentation and networks to solve the unique problems inherrent to the water/wastewater sector.  For more information or to submit an article please contact our Newsletter Editor Graham Nasby

Advertising

The WWID Newsletter is an excellent way to promote your company's products and services a targeted group of water/wastewater professionals.  As of June 2012, the newsletter was being sent to 2000+ engineers, technicians and consultants in this sector. Advertising is based on a full-color rate of $100 per quarter page per issue. ($400 for a full-page full-color ad).
