PDD - Professional Development Department

The Professional Development Department is responsible for policy and oversight of educational and professional development activities of ISA, including: instructor-led industry training courses, distance education programs including web based training, videotapes and CD-ROMs, certification programs, professional licensing/registration, supporting institutional accreditation, student member activities, the ISA Educational Foundation scholarship awards and volunteer leadership development training.
