You can network with fellow instrumentation, systems, and automation (i.s.&a.) professionals and practitioners in our local Section. Many ISA Sections:
organize meetings where technical information is exchanged by experts,
organize tours of local facilities to see i.s.&a. technology being applied,
organize local training programs, conferences or exhibitions,
offer scholarships to deserving students,
contribute to the local community, and
provide opportunities to socialize with your peers.

Message from the President
The Omaha Section of ISA has been active since its first meeting on April 16, 1956.
The founding officers included: Alan Blotcky, Harlan Roberts, John Peterson, Gordon Randall, Edwin Rome, Robert Plumb and Glen Brockett.
The Omaha Section was privileged to have one of its own members elected president of ISA National in 1988 - Dr. Chun Cho of Fisher Controls, Marshalltown, Iowa.
Our membership has grown and is consistently over 100 active members.
The Omaha Section supports two student Sections. One is at Northwest Iowa Community College, Sheldon, Iowa, and the other is at Mitchell Technical Institute at Mitchell, SD.
Meetings are "typically" on the 3rd Monday of the month September through May.
All ISA members and guests are welcome at any meeting.
