ISA96.01, Terminology for Actuators

Scope

This Standard will define the terminology and definitions to be used for industrial valve actuators.

Purpose

To provide terminology and definitions which support work on the valve actuation standard being written for Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electric Valve Actuation.
